This was lovely, thank you so much for sharing it. My brother is in medical school right now and I always try to pass stories on to him of the gentle and wonderful care I have always received from midwives. By seventh baby is due in October and I am seriously tempted to allow him to be present for labor and delivery as I think it so vital to his medical training to get this perspective.
