Great idea; so, what steps do we take to stop the stepfather raping the 15yr old?
Is the article suggesting that the girl could have protected herself from this attack if she had had information about birth control? That the attack would be less serious if she had not got pregnant as a result? Or if she could have got an abortion without telling her mother?
That would certainly protect someone, but it's not the 15 yr old girl ...
