from Erik, Julie, the Mamas
The first 5 lines from movies that pop into one's mind.
At first I didn't think I could do this since I am seriously movie deficient in my education. But I thought I would give it a try. Feel free to laugh at my feeble attempts.
"Thataways!" (the close of one of the Star Trek movies)
"Frahn ken steen, not Frank en stine" Young Frankenstein (on pronouncing his name)
"Please sir, could I have some more?" (Oliver Twist)
That's all I could think of. Sad, isn't it? Now if you had asked me about songs from musicals.......

Um, I don't really know movies. Without repeating movies, I came up with:

I don't know nuthin' 'bout birthin' no babies -- Gone with the Wind

Hey, pizza! It's great! -- Rock 'n' Roll High School, which probably deserves a USCCB "morally offensive" rating for, among other things, potentially glamorizing the act of burning down one's high school. Did someone burn it down, or was that an accident? I forget.

You're the only person I've ever known with clenched hair -- The Odd Couple, possibly not verbatim

The Godfather.

"I believe in America"
"Ya did good Enzo"
"You broke my heart, Fredo."
"I'm going to make him an offer he can't refuse."
"Luca Brazzi sleeps with the fishes"
"Don't forget the canoli"
"Don't ever take sides against the Family again"

Oooo, I could keep going...

The Godfather is the greatest movie anyone ever made.

Aha...I'm not falling for it again. It's NOT going on my blog, Alicia! :-)

He's right, you know. --A Hard Day's Night

Yes, they do look very nice, now, don't they? Yes they do. don't they, though?--Yellow Submarine

As you wish--Princess Bride

I'm, I'm...I'm a GOOFY GOOBER (Rock)!--Spongebob Squarepants Movie

It's a baby...and it's a WHOPPER!--Paul Bunyan (from the Legends video)

Nononono....

You missed the one line from the Princess Bride that is worth remembering...

Come on, say it with me...

"Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya...you keel my father..."

I feel your pain Alicia. I purposely stayed away from that one too. The ONLY lines I could think of were ,"lets eat sushi and do crime" from Repo Man, and "I'll think about that tomorrow" from Gone with the Wind. Other than that I draw blanks too.

OK then, what about songs from musicals? (And were you intending solely stage musicals, just movie musicals or both?)

I don't know too many musicals, but I've listened extensively to a couple of them. Here's the first five lines that come to mind, but if I weren't trying not to I'd probably list five lines from the Fantasticks original off-Broadway cast album...

When you're a jet, you're a jet all the way, from your first cigarette till your last dying day (West Side Story)

Love, I am love, better far than a metaphor can ever ever be (Fantasticks)

Plant a radish, get a radish, never any doubt, that's why I love vegetables, you know what you're about (Fantasticks)

Red -- the blood of angry men, black -- the dark of ages past (Les Miserables)

Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow! (Annie. I told you I didn't know many musicals.)
