Her comment at the top of the post was not quite true. It is my normal beverage of choice.
Black Tea, Red Rose brand to be exact. But not iced in that picture.
I used to say at work in New Hampshire, "Look there is no head to it!" But the water here in this part of the midwest (both city water and our well) will tend to foam as the tea is brewing. Our well water was so hard that you could sit and watch the tea precipitate out of the water after it was brewed. Great lauds to a water softener and more importantly to a Reverse Osmosis filter tap on the kitchen sink!
