How do you think its rated? I couldn't get the link to work, but like Seattle and Portland where there are Midwifery schools I would think would be better than other cities, but are they looking at "medical birth" or rates of natural births? I'm curious.
Goodness, and Birmingham, Alabama is conspicuously absent. Who'd a thunk it??
