Our healthcare system is one in which, in the realm of the care of mothers and babies, technology does NOT equal better care. Of course, you already know this. Ah that midwives were available, freely and legally, for every woman who wanted one, women were encouraged & supported to breastfeed! I suspect that would go a long way.
