God bless their church community for offering to expand their home! I think they're going to need the room. :-) And a live-in housekeeper. :-)
And God bless this couple for their openness to life. The CCC is clear that fertility drugs are okay, so long as the act of procreation is intact between husband and wife.
Many times, women on fertility drugs or IVF will choose to selectively abort some fetuses. Again, may God bless this couple for loving all six babies.
