I don't know if this small business legally refuse to stock/sell oral contraceptives, but I applaud them for having the courage of their convictions and attempting to do so.

I meant to say....
I don't know if this small business can legally refuse to stock/sell oral contraceptives, but I applaud them for having the courage of their convictions and attempting to do so.

I am a little confused. This is a private pharmacy, correct? Then don't the owners of the pharmacy have a right to decide what to stock and what not to stock? If consumers are unhappy with what the pharmacy stocks, can't they take their business elsewhere? So much for free enterprise. Or freedom of conscience.
